ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic, seasoned expert ready to jump into our Creator Success function and make an immediate impact. Reporting directly to the Head of Creator Success, you act as a key driver for the team, balancing the hands-on work of a senior individual contributor with the maturity to lead by example and mentor junior team members.
You are the definitive standard-bearer for our creator relationships. You thrive in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing, possessing a keen eye for talent and a data-driven mindset. Your primary mission is clear: you know exactly how to identify, secure, and nurture the right creators to ensure we consistently crush our campaign success criteria.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Creator Success, you are the engine behind our campaign delivery. You thrive in the high-stakes intersection of big-picture strategy and on-the-ground execution.
You will act as the bridge between our pitch team and our delivery squads, translating complex client objectives into high-impact creator strategies. You don’t just fill roles; you engineer partnerships backed by data, industry trends, and the kind of intuition that only comes from deep experience in the creator economy. In this role, you are both a master practitioner and a standard-bearer—you’re here to maintain the integrity of our process, elevate the quality of our output, and help Fourth Floor set the benchmark for what "success" looks like in the influencer space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Strategy & Effectiveness
You own the end-to-end "pitch to report" process. You are the architect of our creator strategy—selecting the right talent, refining outreach, signing off on fee negotiations, and polishing briefing documents. Your goal is simple: ensure our final reporting provides the kind of ROI and insight that keeps clients coming back.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
You’re a leader who builds others up. You will manage and mentor a team of Creator Success executives and managers, acting as a coach who guides them through OKRs and performance reviews. You’re committed to their professional growth, ensuring they hit their stride and consistently deliver at the highest level.
High-Stakes Relationship Management
You are the face of Fourth Floor. You will own relationships with top-tier management groups and creators, ensuring our agency’s reputation remains gold-standard. You’ll keep our creator database airtight and champion our "Creator Experience Guidelines" at every turn to ensure we are always the partner of choice.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimisation
You are obsessed with making things work better. You will drive efficiency by analysing campaign performance and conducting regular retrospectives. You’ll take those learnings, feed them back into the Creator Success Chapter, and refine our internal processes to make every future campaign faster, sharper, and more effective.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 4+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with significant, demonstrable experience specifically within the video games industry.
A track record of owning end-to-end campaigns, from initial pitch and strategy definition to fee negotiation and final reporting. You understand the "business" side of creator partnerships.
Strong relationships with creators, management agencies, and talent platforms. You know who the right creators are for the right projects and how to build lasting rapport with their reps.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Proven Leader: You have experience managing direct reports and are passionate about performance management and coaching.
Commercial Acumen: Confident negotiator with experience managing budgets and fee agreements.
Relationship Builder: Exceptional at building rapport with management agencies and creators; you understand the nuance of the creator economy.
Operational Excellence: Highly organised, capable of improving workflows, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to take ownership of your output.
