ABOUT YOU

You’re highly organised, proactive and detail orientated, with a proven track record of successful project management and delivery of complex projects.

You love working in fast-paced, quick-turnaround environments and are known for your ability to juggle multiple priorities to deliver high-quality work.

You are logical and methodical in your delivery approach and communicate clearly and concisely with your campaign team and stakeholders.  

And you love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, use Discord, understand what’s happening in video games and entertainment and have an interest in the influencer marketing space. 

THE ROLE

Situated in the operations team and collaborating with colleagues across the business, you will be responsible for running end-to-end campaigns from briefing through to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing campaigns from initial briefing through to all content benign delivered. 

  • Tracking the progress of campaigns against agreed milestones and progress against campaign KPIs.  

  • Campaign risk mitigation actions to resolve any flags/issues

  • Running campaign-specific stand-ups and meetings where required. 

  • Ensuring the client or other partners are always up-to-date with campaign progress.

  • Being thoroughly prepared for weekly campaign meetings to share progress and flag any issues. 

  • Ensuring campaign reports are created and sent and live up to company standards. 

  • Running campaign retros and reporting best practices. 

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years working in a similar role

Previous project management experience, preferably complex projects with large budgets

Internal and external stakeholder management experience

Good understanding of the digital media landscape

Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting workloads

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Highly organised, self-motivated with an attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and always get the job done.

Comfortable learning new tools and systems and improving processes. 

Strong communicator who is confident and clear when communicating or giving feedback.
