We’re looking for a superstar Junior Partnerships Manager to join our growing team.

ABOUT YOU
You have spent at least a year working for an agency, platform, digital network or media company in marketing or sales.
You are a self-starter who wants to build great relationships in the games sector
And you have a strong understanding of YouTube, Twitch and TikTok, and keep on track with emerging platforms used by gaming audiences.
You must have a strong passion for video games, and be excited at the prospect of helping game publishers market their games.
THE ROLE
You will be forging new relationships and delivering inspiring pitches to grow the Fourth Floor client base.
You will be working closely with an established list of clients, helping to set up and manage bespoke campaigns and projects all over the globe.
You will be liaising regularly with the creative, production and delivery teams to pitch and manage campaigns and projects that work with influential and high-profile collaborators – from YouTubers and streamers to celebrity talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure exceptional value for clients, creators and audiences across all activities.
Develop and grow the existing and new client base
Be the main point of contact for clients assigned to you, including day-to-day liaison.
Develop and maintain productive client and agency relationships ensuring a high level of customer service and focus at all times.
Create internal briefs and ensure all internal teams have the information and materials needed to pitch and deliver successful campaigns.
Ensure all campaigns and activities with clients are to the highest standard and include specific success metrics.
Ensure clients receive timely communication, including insight and reports and are kept up-to-date with company and industry information.
Understand best practices and all legal and regulatory guidance on influencer marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years experience working in the media and advertising industry; e.g. media sales, agency account management, talent agency experience
A strong passion for video games, and understanding of the industry
Thorough understanding of and passion for the creator/brand/social ecosystem.
Knowledge of digital landscape and audience development.
