ABOUT YOU
You are a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about games and esports with exceptional communication skills and a keen interest in sales and marketing.
You are a self-starter who has begun to build relationships in the games sector and can show your passion and ability to develop and build new ones.
You love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, keep on track on TikTok memes and have a passion for videogames, tech and entertainment.
If you actively participated in games or esports clubs, societies, or teams alongside your studies or held part-time positions within the industry that would be a huge plus.
THE ROLE
You will be forging new relationships and delivering inspiring pitches to grow the Fourth Floor client base.
You will be working proactively to expand your own network of clients, drawing on Fourth Floor’s established network to help to set up and manage bespoke campaigns and projects all over the globe.
You will be liaising regularly with the creative, production and delivery teams to pitch and manage campaigns and projects that work with influential and high-profile collaborators – from YouTubers and streamers to celebrity talent.
You will be monitoring and tracking industry trends and upcoming game releases to inform and collaborate with the partnerships team, identifying opportunities across the games industry to pitch and deliver exciting, creative marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and grow the existing client base.
Ensure exceptional value for clients, creators and audiences across all activities.
Be the main point of contact for clients assigned to you, including day-to-day liaison.
Develop and maintain productive client and agency relationships ensuring a high level of customer service and focus at all times.
Create internal briefs and ensure all internal teams have the information and materials needed to pitch and deliver a successful campaign.
Ensure all campaigns and activities with clients are to the highest standard and include specific success metrics.
Ensure clients receive timely communication, including insight and reports and are kept up-to-date with company and industry information.
Understand best practices and all legal and regulatory guidance on influencer marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
Recent graduate with either (both preferred):
Relevant degree
Able to illustrate proactive engagement within games and/or esports*
Good understanding of the digital media landscape
Thorough understanding of the creator/brand/social ecosystem.
Experience working with google suite and asana
A passion for video games and geek culture.
*Proactive engagement with the industry could include organising or volunteering at events, participating in events as a player, or being an active part of a club/team/society. There are various other ways of illustrating your passion for this space but you should be able to show that you not only love games but have gone one step further to be part of the industry.
