Behaviours:
THE FOURTH FLOOR PLAYBOOK
These are the behaviours we need to have a thriving high-performance culture and that we expect of everyone that works here:
1. Take responsibility:
Take the initiative - don’t wait for direction.
Take responsibility for the 4Cs’ experience.
Choose courage over comfort and lean into what’s difficult or messy.
Representing our values internally and externally.
2. Be resilient:
Embrace change: Put yourself out there even when it feels like you’re on your own (you’re not!)
Courage over comfort: When there is a setback identify key learnings and share them with the team and company.
Set boundaries: Take care of yourself and don’t over commit.
Own your mistakes: Own your mistakes and discuss them in an open and honest way.
3. Innovate:
Challenge assumptions: Bring new approaches and ideas even if it means going against the grain.
Learning fast: Take risks - an open culture where we support each to fail fast and learn fast.
Not a follower: Bring meaningful ideas to the team and don’t just follow instructions.
Simplify: Taking things away is usually more effective than adding new ones.
4. Act like an owner:
I do what I say I’m going to do and don’t over-promise.
I am fully engaged and approach work with positivity and possibility.
I represent Fourth Floor’s values internally and externally.
5. Be a great colleague:
Own and act the culture you want.
Act with respect, understanding and empathy.
Always question behaviour that is inconsistent with our values.
