Fourth Floor win positions on two Best Companies 2021 lists

It’s with great pride that I announce that Fourth Floor have achieved placing in The UK's 100 Best Small Companies To Work For and Marketing and Media’s 40 Best Agencies lists, in this year’s Best Companies rankings. 

These accolades are a reinforcement of all the hard work we all do to make Fourth Floor an awesome company to work for.  The independent assessment and recognition demonstrates we take workplace engagement seriously, and genuinely value our teams.

I am particularly proud of Marketing and Media 40 Best Agencies.  This benchmark against our competitors sets us apart as one of the top-performing agencies, and recognises us as experts, as well as a business with a strong working culture. 

We have still lots to learn, but our culture of openness, listening and feedback will mean we continue to grow, not only as a team, but in what and how we deliver to our partners.  

As we embrace our next three-year phase of growth, the next financial year, and the new quarter, we will continue to listen, and focus on our mission to support content creators and develop a creator economy that delights and brings value to all.  But at this point, I mainly want to say a massive congratulations to my awesome team and colleagues.  A huge congratulations to you all!
