Creators: Help us help you understand your community better

At Fourth Floor, we build everything we do around a principle we refer to as The Value Triangle. It’s a central idea that means we work equally for the benefit of content creators and their audiences, as well as our brand clients. Founded under the aim of supporting creators and creativity in everything we do, we’re now actively working to help content creators gain stronger insight into their audiences and communities, while also increasing our own ability to help.

We believe that creators should have an easy way to understand what their communities want, and how to best engage with them. And the clear place to start with that is in sourcing loads of community feedback.

To action this, we’ve come up with the following plan, that we’re looking for creators to be part of:

  1. You, the creator, fill out a survey that will help us to create a bespoke survey for your community.

  2. You share that survey with your community and help us get as many responses as possible.

  3. We work with research experts who will do what they do best: analyse and collate the data to draw conclusions.

  4. You will then receive a report from us that will show you:

  • How your community sees you.

  • What they want to see more often, and…

  • What they want to see less often.

Of course, all of the information gathered from your community survey will be completely anonymous, and won’t be stored or shared for any other reason beyond this specific purpose. This whole project is GDPR compliant, for everyone involved.

This survey will not only help you gain insight into your community (for free!), it will also help us to better understand how communities engage with creators. Our goal, long term, is to build tools and services for creators to best understand, anticipate, and build their communities, and we would love to have you in on the ground floor for this.

If this sounds like something you’d like to be involved in, then just let us know by getting in touch with Emma using this form!
